Nick Riewoldt added to Triple M Footy
St. Kilda club legend Nick Riewoldt is set to join Triple M’s Footy coverage from Round 5 this weekend.
Riewoldt captained the Saints from 2007 to 2016 and will join the All Star Footy Lineup.
He will also make regular guest appearances on Triple M Melbourne’s The Rush hour, The Hot Breakfast, Dead Set Legends and Triple M Adelaide.
“I’ve been a fan of Triple M and appeared on many of its shows since my early playing days, so it’s great to officially break my way into the Triple M line up this year,” Nick said.
“I’m looking forward to sharing my experiences, insight and passion for the game with the loyal listeners, whilst enjoying a laugh.”
“With AFL reaching more people and becoming more popular each season, it’s important that Triple M continues to invest in top shelf talent to bring the insight and entertainment that our brand is famous for,” said Triple M head of content Mike Fitzpatrick.
“Nick is about as good as it gets.”
Additionally, Leigh ‘Joey’ Montana is becoming a full time member of the Triple M calling team, and hosts Dead Set Legends with Jay-Z.
Other new additions to the footy team include Geelong’s Billy Brownless, Sydney Swans premiership captain Barry Hall and AFLW Brisbane Lions’ Kate McCarthy.
