Nova Perth’s Dave McClung moves to Nova 96.9 Sydney

Dave McClung has farewelled Nova 93.7 Perth, where he started work 11 years ago.

NOVA Entertainment confirmed to Radio Today that McClung has moved to the role of operations manager Nova 96.9 in Sydney.

He started his new role on Monday, November 5.

“11 incredible years later and it’s finally time to say goodbye,” said David on Facebook.

“I’m so grateful for the opportunities, experiences and friends I’ve made along the way, both inside and outside of Nova 937.”

Born in Scotland, just outside of Glasgow, Dave moved to Perth at age eight. Travelling extensively, Dave has lived in Alice Springs, Townsville, Adelaide, the Gold Coast and Hobart.

His career at Nova began in 2007 as music director before he was lured to an on-air role.
