Troy Ellis reunites with Matt Tilley on Nova 100 Mornings

NOVA Entertainment has made another change to the Nova 100 line-up.

A day after Matt Tilley made his debut on Mornings, he reunited with former on-air partner Troy Ellis, who joined NE in February 2018.

They spent more than 10 years together on The Matt and Jo Show.

Nova 100 program director Rohan Brown tells Radio Today it made perfect sense to reunite the pair on air.

“How great is it to hear the boys back on radio together?

“Their chemistry is spectacular, and we’re so pumped to see how these two legends reinvent mornings radio for Melbourne.”

The show will remain known as ‘Matt Tilley in the Morning.’

Ellis had been positioned as the new afternoon announcer.

However, with this line-up change, Mel Tracina will now be handling the 12-4pm shift.

Mel was named on Radio Today‘s Top New Talent for 2019 earlier this year.
