Warrnambool Radio Ratings: Coast FM is still top dog

ACE Radio Network‘s Coast FM 95.3 is the #1 radio station in Warrnambool for 2019.

The show was listened to most by 40.9% of People 10+ (+3.2), ahead of stablemates 3YB FM with 24% (+2.3).

In third overall was triple j, back on 7% (-0.3).

“It is an excellent result for both stations and has exceeded expectations delivering us growth in audience,” said 3YB FM and Coast FM general manager Peter Headen.

“The results show just how good a commercial radio product we are providing in our listening area. They reflect the effort that goes into producing a quality service and the close relationship we have with our listeners and clients.”

Coast FM was also #1 on Breakfast with its show Monkey In The Morning with 42.1% (+0.4), also ahead of 3YB FM’s Morning Rush with Jon & Kate which grew to 23.3% (+3.0).

As with other regional surveys, Xtra Insights surveys do not produce a traditional share figure but instead the station listened to most as a percentage.
