DMG retool 91.5 & 95.3
DMG have announced new presenter lineups for 95.3 FM Sydney, and 91.5 FM Melbourne.
The stations are being prepared for an iminent relaunch to a Soft AC/variety format which was confirmed last week by DMG insiders (here).
The new lineup has the stations live and local in Breakfast and Drive, and either networked, or voice-tracked from 9am-4pm. They are yet to announce an evening host, although it is understood one will be appointed.
In Sydney, the new lineup is:
Breakfast | Ed Phillips | |
Mornings | Ty Frost | |
Afternoons | Maroon (pictured) | |
Drive | Byron Webb | |
Whilst in Melbourne, the lineup becomes;
Breakfast | Mike Perso | |
Mornings | Ty Frost | |
Afternoons | Maroon | |
Drive | Cathy Dinn | |
The lineup change comes a fortnight after Ed Phillips was announced as the Drive announcer in both markets. With the change effective from this coming Monday 26 March, it seems likely that may be day one of the new Soft AC format for the stations.
