Labby’s new gig in NZ

After seven years, last week  Jason “Labby” Hawkins announced he was leaving Brisbane’s B105 for New Zealand.

Today, his new Network home and station was announced.

Jason is joining NZME and the national network ZM. He will be teaming up with PJ to form their new nationwide drive team –  Jase and PJ

PJ posted on facebook: "I can’t wait to introduce you to my mate Jase, who will be hosting the show with me next year! Please be nice to him, he’s a really good guy, even though he’s already taking the piss out of me…standard. :)”

Jase and PJ replace the current ZM Drive team of Jay & Flynny who are parting ways after six years together.

Flynny is moving The Hits to join Stacey Morrison on Drive across the country. With Jay joining the Radio Hauraki breakfast team.
