Fifi Box commits to an ‘all-nighter’ with co-host Brendan Fevola

Fox FM’s Fifi Box – dubbed the “smoke bomb queen” by her co-hosts for her propensity to sneak home early from events – is set to go on an all-night ‘bender’ with co-host and notorious partier Brendan Fevola.

Fevola said he wanted his co-host to commit to a night of partying and no sleeping because she frequently talks about the good times and nights out with previous co-hosts including Jules Lund and Marty Sheargold. By comparison, he said in their six years working together, she’d never stuck around late into the evening.

He joked he hoped the night would pan out like the 2009 Brownlow Medal – a reference to his infamous appearance on The Footy Show whilst heavily intoxicated.

Executive producer Leon Sjogren said he would love to see “full-party Fifi”.

The night out will include listeners who can get on the wait list for the event by phoning the station when they hear ‘Boxy’s Banger’ throughout the day.
