Kyle & Jackie O with Duncan Campbell: #RDE16

Kyle and Jackie O, have joined Duncan Campbell on stage in Paris at Radio Days Europe.

Talking about their move from 2DayFM to ARN ahead of the re-brand to KIIS, Kyle talked about his last day at SCA saying he got out of the building just before other staff learned about them jumping ship. “I excused myself and just got into my car”, said Kyle at #RDE16.

The rest as we know is history. Jackie O spoke about the day they went to Number 1 on KIIS 106.5 saying: “‘Being able to do this in one survey surprised even us”.

Duncan Campbell also talked about the leap of faith with K&J not signing their new ARN contracts until the very last day of their last show on 2Day FM. “We had to put trust in a gentleman’s agreement and make all the changes and invest.”
