Mamamia’s You Beauty podcast goes daily

Mamamia’s You Beauty is now a daily offering.

The podcast launched in 2018 and has amassed almost six million downloads since.

The publisher said the increase in output was driven by listener and commercial demand.

Leigh Campbell, executive editor of Mamamia and co-host of the podcast, said women simply cannot get enough of the podcast.

“Over the past three years, beauty has evolved into a legitimate entertainment genre for women and You Beauty is the leading player in that space, both within the industry and for women around Australia,” she said.

“… Once again we are proud to be the innovators in the growing beauty audio category.”

You Beauty will include interviews with experts, product reviews and recommendations, beauty news and listener questions.

In addition, on June 8, Mamamia will hold a trade launch event, The Democratisation Of Beauty, to share the three major shifts in the beauty space which have transformed the way women approach the category.
