It’s been a big 2015 in radio, and as the year wraps up we are asking a bunch of you three quick questions.

Next up it’s Rohan Brown, Nova Entertainment CD for Nova 100 Melbourne.

Biggest challenge facing you and the Nova 100 in the next 12-months?

We couldn’t be more excited about Chrissie, Sam and Browny starting in January.  The demo shows are coming along brilliantly, the team is pumped and 2016 will be all about sharing this new team with Melbourne.

The year in review, what are you most pleased with from 2015.

2015 in Melbourne was always going to be about holding your ground. There was enormous change and trial happening in the marketplace and we needed to make sure that we maintained the cume coming through the radio station. We have done that successfully and 2016 will now be about building loyalty and share from these listeners.

Favourite song of 2015

Justin Beiber has reinvented himself brilliantly this year. Never thought I would be a Belieber but it’s just banger after banger with that kid.
