WSFM’s Richard Mercer Taking a Break

Richard “The Love God” Mercer is taking break from radio after 30 years.  

Since 2014 Richard has been part of WSFM’s Night-time line-up with “Your Song” but he is possibly best known for his Love Song Dedications program on Mix106.5. It was one of ARN’s longest running programs and was On-Air for 17 years until December 2013.

Richard’s distinct presentation style has become legendary, his dulcet tones are undoubtedly the most identifiable on Australian radio and often mimicked. 

While Richard is taking a break, ARN have alluded that he may return.
